SOFT LANDING COACHING | on boarding
A service that allows us to ensure a better integration of the executive into the culture of the organization he or she is joining.
A Coach recommended by Glue Executive Search is selected, and 3 to 9 Executive Coaching sessions are arranged.
With an ad hoc, modular proposal, and a Coach who will provide assistance throughout the entire process, the executive will choose from different capsules during a period of 4 months.
Some of these include: Personal Branding, Financial Advisory, Social Security, Communication, Digital Mindset, Public Speaking, Media Training, Personal Positioning Strategies, Entrepreneurship, etc.
EXPAT CAREER COACHING
A program exclusively designed to aid executives during their expatriation process. The goal of this program is to help executives strengthen their skills, share experiences to increase their learning, boost their self-confidence, and adapt to their new cultural and organizational environment. Various executives from Glue Executive Search with expat experience take part in this program by sharing their knowledge and providing emotional support. Families are included as part of the process.
COACHING | MENTORING
A program aimed at supporting executives in the development of the essential skills required to achieve success, whether in their current position or to fully perform in future positions within the organization. We work together to design action plans so that participants may make use of these abilities and consequently develop them on a daily basis.
